•Child Speech Disorder
At the age of one, your child speaks at least two words with meaning. At two years, they begin to put two words together. Generally, speech disorders become apparent around the age of one and a half years or later, because that is when the child starts talking in sentences. As your child grows, you accept certain sequential development in language skills. If your child has NOT developed these speech or language skills during that period of time, then intervention by a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
